Breeding Hearts

Jade sighed softly, full of content as she laid back in the grass, she knew that there were other wild pokemon roaming around her but she wasn't paying too much attention to them just now, only if one came to her would she engage at all. Her Chancey would immitate the sigh of content, as she too was laying in the grass right beside her owner. Jade had even let her horsea out for a little exercise in a little creek she had found, she could hear him chortling happily beside her as he splashed playfully.

Then a cute little Venonat hops on her belly.
"Veno! Venonat" she says asking to play.

Jade gasped as the little Venonat jumped out at her, she smiled "well hello there little guy, where'd you come from?" She giggled as it looked playful "well let's see what I've got here" she picked up her bag and started digging through it before pulling out a little ball, it was small enough for the Venonat to play with, tossing it a short way so that he could either catch it or chase after it easily enough.

Venonat giggled, leaped up and caught it. Then it ran over to her and lay next to her, dozing off.

Jade chuckled, running her hand across the little venonat's fuzzy body then turning to Lucky "I think we've found a new friend" she heard splashing from the water and glanced over to see her horsea swimming in a circle, jumping up trying to see too. She scooped him up so that he could see too before setting him back in the water.

Venonat opened one eye and yawned adorably. It pointed to a Venomoth, and looked at it as if saying that one day it wanted to be one. Then it looked back and Jade and fell asleep again, but didn't mind if Jade wanted to wake it up.

Jade smiled up towards the venomoth "I can help you become a venomoth if you want.. how would you like to travel with us? We spend our time helping other pokemon and finding good homes for them"

Venonat opened one eye and nodded jumping about excitedly.

"okay then, it's settled.. we have a new friend" Lucky smiled happily. "We were just taking a break from our travels but I think we should start again. We're heading towards the next city to help breeders with their pokemon.. I'll help find you a permanent home if you like, but that's really up to you" she smiled as she pulled her pokeball out and held it out to horsea "come on, it's time to move on again" the horsea would splash around just a little more before going into his pokeball

"Venonat.. would you like a name? How about Lenny?"

Venonat nodded in agreement.

She made sure that everybody else was ready before offering Venonat a pokeball "would you rather travel in here?" she asked. Whether he agreed or not she would begin down the path towards Fuscia City.

"We'll stop by the day care to see if they have any new pokemon for us and then go visit the pokecenter"

Lucky would bounce in agreement, she loved visiting the pokecenters. Although she really loved her owner, she sometimes missed nurse joy and all the other pokemon she met working there.

"Venonat!" Lenny said going into the Pokeball. He didn't know what a Pokemon Center was, but was quite excited anyway.

She giggled as he jumped into his pokeball and slid it into her pack along with Snip. Lucky preferring to walk by her side instead in case she was needed. The two had begun to walk already and the towns edge could be seen. "Great it looks like we'll be there in no time"
